We are on a bad run at the moment, no doubt about it. This is the hard to take as it has never happened before since we started in January. The profit since then is still huge but that does not help up as the moment. We are having plenty of bad luck at the moment and it has to change soon. Complete contrast to last couple of months where we had winners up to 14-1 at 6 point stake. Luckily we are still better than Henry Rix who charges £1600 per year and is on a 19 losing run!

We had two bets this evening first Call to Arms who is thought to be about the best 2 year old at Mark Johnston stable. This horse has been beating previous winners at home with ease and defeat was not thought of tonight. Backed again heavily the horse just got beat and finished 2nd.

Jockey told our guy after the race the horse got very on edge before the race as it was delayed and sweating badly, also added the horse was jumping all over the place in the stalls due to the thunder. Jockey could not get the position he wanted and the horse took a while to settle but came with a good run but just got ran out of it by a very short margin. Connections were gutted as they had backed it heavily and defeat was not even though about. This is a very good horse and will win some decent races this year, just annoying it was not tonight.

Hypnotic again was fully expected to win trainer told us he still around 30lb better than20rated. Was a doubt about the draw but the jockey was not too worried as he said he would get out and then get over and make all like last time. Again though did not go to plan as the horse did not break well and could not get any where near the rails and lead. The race was over before a furlong on this one.

We will come through this spell as you don’t have profits and results like we’ve had since January if the info is no good. Nothing has changed just no having rub of the green at the moment. We will keep going and ensure we get back to the results you have seen before. We may have a Irish bet tomorrow so will be in touch.

The run of Racing Hero was too bad to be true. Clearly something was wrong with the horse. Never travelling and unable to even go the pace out of the stalls. Ryan Moore never looked happy at any point. He tried to close the gap after a furlong but no response. Horse was really heavily backed from 4-5 in to 8-13 two bets of £5K were also placed at the track.

We will find out from contact at the track what the problem was, once he has spoken with the jockey.

Very annoying when we are having so many winners on the just info at big prices, then we have a solid account bet and the horse is wrong. Out of the last 7 or so just info horses 6 have won at prices up to 6-1. Similar situation to yesterday with The Bechworth Kid that ran poorly and we were on at 16-1 the day before the gamble started.

Disappointing start to the week. Suppose you have to remember horses are not machines and can be ill or have off days just like us.

Lord Zenith won today with any amount in hand a looks a top prospect. It was a real shame the fav was pulled out as we would have put this horse up around the 7 point win mark at 11-8. The sp was 4-7 and i don’t think that was fair to put that on the account.

Some 4-5 was around on betfair if you were quick. So if you played well done

I just watched The Betchworth Kid race, the ride the horse was given was just embarrassing. It really annoys me when you have all the right info come through, the horse is gambled on and you have big price in your back pocket, only for the jockey to make a balls of it.

Drawn stall 1 on a sweeping track you have to be up with the pace. The jockey missed the break andwas behind a wall of horses all the way and just could not get out. The horse was snatched up numerous times and finished like a train only to get blocked again around the furlong pole.

A claiming jockey was put on to get the weight down but you have to have the right man on top to have any chance. Our guy was with the owners during the race and they are not happy. The jockey was told to race handy and make it a stamina test in the ground just as the winner did. I can tell you the horse was not even blowing after the race when it came back and the jockey made a very quick exit he knew he messed up.

I hope you did lay your stake off as advised but that really not the point, we were on a big gamble at juicy odds but never had a run for our money. And that is the most annoying thing.

It has been a busy morning at BetterTipster with two bets put up, one for tomorrow; The Betchworth Kid at 16-1, and today Kingsfort 12-5.

Firstly, nice double on the just info horses yesterday. Already covered Keisha Kayleigh and then later Carazam who was a huge gamble. The price was 6-4 when email went out and the horse was backed into 10-11 at the track but finished even money SP. We were told this is a group horse and will win. I could not account bet it as this was the first piece of information from a new source.

If you saw the race the horse lost 7 lengths at the start and was ridden hard to catch up. Made smooth headway and got on top in the last furlong to win cosily and land some massive bets. This was excellent info received from a guy in Ireland who works for Attheraces as one of the main presenters.

After a lengthy chat that went in to the night we have been able to secure this information for the next month at a cost of 600 Euro to us. This person has provided us with details of his last ten bets and seven of them  have won, including a horse that was backed first time out from 33-1 in the morning and finished 5-1 2nd fav beaten in a photo. The figures and results look impressive and I hope this will be a great addition to this service.

From today we will be betting in Ireland with this guy so lets hope the info comes through and the horses do the business. He bets around 4-5 times a week so we also maybe having more bets on the service but we will pick and choose the stronger bets for us.

Going forward it’s important we keep improving the service and investing money I.e the Irish source and new website. Nothing is free and it all comes at a cost that’s why it’s really important we pass on good information and winning horses so you stay on as members as no members = no BetterTipster.
